Is catering available for events?

The C. Baldwin offers a wide variety of breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner options, including buffets, plated meals, and themed breaks, with pricing based on per-person or per-item costs. Breakfast and brunch choices range from continental spreads to hearty Americana and Tex-Mex buffets, while lunch and dinner feature regional themes like Texan, Tuscan, and Cajun, along with carving stations, seafood bars, and interactive food stations. Enhancements such as omelet stations, cocktail bars, and dessert displays are available for an additional fee, with surcharges applying for smaller groups or attendant services.

What is the capacity of your event venues?

C. Baldwin’s event space in Houston offers versatile indoor and outdoor venues, including a grand ballroom accommodating up to 500 guests and a scenic terrace for al fresco gatherings. The stylish, modern design blends Texas charm with contemporary elegance, making it ideal for weddings, corporate events, and social functions. With customizable layouts, top-notch catering, and a prime downtown location, it provides a seamless experience for events of all sizes.

Are outside vendors allowed?

All food and beverage must be supplied by the hotel and must be consumed on the premise within the time frame of the event as stated in the Banquet Event Order, including alcohol. Exceptions may be made by the Director of Catering and Conference Service.
